NETA X After-sales Service Commitment, Peace of Mind with Comprehensive Warranty and Free Maintenance

Jakarta, October 11’th 2024 - Beyond introducing the intelligent and sophisticated NETA X as a Medium SUV, PT NETA Auto Indonesia is committed to providing customer-centric after-sales services to create peace of mind during vehicle ownership. These after-sales services can be immediately enjoyed by all NETA X customers in Indonesia, starting from the initial purchase until their dream electric vehicle arrives in their garage.

In line with the tagline 'Xperience Tech with EV', various conveniences are provided to keep customers' NETA X performance in top condition. The first convenience provided is free maintenance up to 5 years or 50,000 km. The first service is performed at the 6th month or when the odometer reaches 5,000 km. The second service is performed at the 12th month or when the odometer reaches 10,000 km, and then every subsequent 1 year or 10,000 km.

"There are no charges for owners, as the scope of free service provided covers labor and periodic maintenance materials according to the period specified in the service book. All the conveniences that we have summarized in after-sales services are our efforts to present 'Xperience Tech with EV' to all NETA X customers," said Raditio Hutomo - After Sales Director NETA Auto Indonesia.

To create a comfortable and safe driving experience, NETA also provides component warranties covering the entire vehicle function such as suspension, head unit, and EV core components. Even more interestingly, NETA also provides a warranty for the NETA Wallbox for 2 years. Combined with a dealer network that is continuously being increased in number to make it easier for customers to obtain spare parts and expand the service network. All the benefits and additional benefits obtained by NETA customers are subject to terms and conditions.

"Components that are guaranteed include a general vehicle warranty of 5 years/150,000 km, for specific EV core components such as HV battery, Drive Motor, and MCU, we provide an 8-year/180,000 km warranty. We also plan to add service location points that are being prepared, such as in Pos Pengumben, Pluit, Medan, Sukabumi, Pekanbaru, Bekasi, Makassar, Manado, Cibinong, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Lombok and others," added Raditio.

If there is a problem with the NETA X while driving, NETA has prepared a 24-hour toll-free hotline that can be reached by customers at 0800-1-565656. In this service, customers can get various types of assistance, including towing service to authorized NETA dealers, the nearest tire shop, SPKLU if the battery runs out, and to a body repair shop in case of an accident. In addition to handling special services for emergencies, this call center can be used as a medium for reporting problems or booking services.

Before traveling, NETA X owners can also easily check the vehicle's condition through the NETA Auto application on iOS and Android-based smartphones. The NETA Auto application has advanced features designed to make it easy for NETA X owners to control the vehicle remotely, display information about the remaining battery power in real time, and provide information services to find the nearest dealer or Public Electric Vehicle Charging Station (SPKLU) location.
