Strategic Collaboration between NETA and Otoklix: Improving After-Sales Services in Major Cities Across Indonesia


Jakarta, June 11, 2025 – PT NETA Auto Indonesia, a leading electric vehicle distributor, not only offers a lineup of high-quality electric vehicles equipped with advanced technology, but also remains strongly committed to supporting the transition toward a domestic electric vehicle ecosystem. As a tangible step in this direction, the company has officially entered into a strategic partnership with Otoklix.
This collaboration reinforces NETA’s commitment to customer satisfaction by aiming to improve the quality and reach of its after-sales services across major cities in Indonesia, leveraging Otoklix’s expansive and integrated service ecosystem. The partnership was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), held at one of Otoklix’s service workshops in Simprug, Jakarta, on June 11, 2025.
“This strategic partnership between NETA and Otoklix reflects our dedication to delivering the best possible service to all NETA customers in Indonesia. Through this collaboration, we aim to significantly expand our after-sales network, particularly in major cities, enabling customers to easily access trusted and certified service centers,” said Zhu Wenbin, Managing Director of PT NETA Auto Indonesia.
The MoU signing ceremony took place at an Otoklix Service Workshop in Simprug, Jakarta. PT NETA Auto Indonesia was represented by Managing Director Zhu Wenbin, while Martin Reyhan Suryohusodo, President Director of Otoklix, represented the Otoklix team.
With the signing of this MoU, NETA and Otoklix officially commence a strategic collaboration to strengthen and expand their after-sales service network throughout Indonesia. This initiative is expected to provide more accessible, high-quality, and reliable service solutions for NETA users across the country, while also reinforcing NETA’s presence as an electric vehicle brand committed to customer satisfaction and convenience.
“This collaboration also aims to make it easier for customers to locate the nearest partner workshops, particularly in each provincial capital. Thanks to Otoklix’s extensive workshop network, customers no longer need to worry when seeking maintenance or repair services. By simply contacting our Call Center, they will be assisted in finding the nearest verified service location. We hope this ensures customers feel safe and comfortable wherever they are,” said Martin Reyhan Suryohusodo, President Director of Otoklix.
As part of this strategic partnership, NETA and Otoklix are committed to ensuring the availability of spare parts to support seamless after-sales services—especially for periodic maintenance. The services will include transmission oil changes, air filter replacement, coolant replenishment, brake pad replacement, and other essential components, along with technical inspections, spooring - balancing and checks in accordance with NETA’s official service standards.
All maintenance procedures will be conducted based on NETA’s technical protocols and specifications to ensure optimal performance, safety, and long-term efficiency of each electric vehicle. With the support of Otoklix’s workshop network, customers will now benefit from more convenient, faster, and reliable maintenance services for their NETA vehicles.
