Jakarta, 04 October 2024-PT NETA Auto Indonesia as the leading authorized distributor of electric cars in Indonesia, has once again established cooperation with EVISTA to support greener and more sustainable mobility. The collaboration between the two now makes NETA V the first electric taxi fleet at Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport (SKK II), Pekanbaru city, Riau province, as well as an innovative solution and commitment to preserving the environment in the airport area.

Previously, we also established a partnership with EVISTA to realize environmentally friendly transportation at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport which has been operating since November 2023. A total of 10 units of NETA V have been operated as EVISTA Puskopau taxi fleets since September 23, 2024, to serve the high demand of the community in Pekanbaru for transportation services from and to Sultan Syarif Kasim III Airport. This step from EVISTA also received full support from the Air Force Cooperative Center (Puskopau) of the Roesmin Nurjadin Pekanbaru Air Force Base and PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekanbaru. 

Through the strategic partnership of NETA and EVISTA in delivering electric transportation, Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport is now increasingly ready to welcome a more environmentally friendly and sustainable mobility future. The presence of emission-free transportation solutions today is not only a necessity, but also a real step in preserving the environment and realizing a better future for future generations.

EVISTA's decision to make NETA V an environmentally friendly taxi fleet is a careful step. With a mileage of 401 km, NETA V is able to deliver passengers from the Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport area to Pekanbaru city and even to Dumai city without any problems. In addition, the NETA V is equipped with a DC Fast Charging feature that can charge the battery from 30% to 80% in just 30 minutes. Not only does it provide efficient charging time, but it also minimizes waiting time for the driver before returning to serve passengers. 

NETA V also has an added value in terms of luggage capacity which is quite large at 335 liters, allowing passengers to carry luggage such as suitcases, souvenirs, large bags and other items safely and comfortably.
