Customer Gathering During Ramadan, NETA Invites Loyal Customers for Free General Check-Up and Iftar


Jakarta, March 22, 2025 – PT NETA Auto Indonesia held its first-ever Customer Gathering during the holy month of Ramadan. The event, which took place at NETA Puri, was a special moment not only for meeting loyal NETA customers and the NETA Community Indonesia (NCI) but also for fostering closer relationships between NETA customers, the dealer, and PT NETA Auto Indonesia employees. The gathering included a special Iftar (breaking the fast) event, as well as a Free General Check-Up under the NETA Siap Lebaran program, running from March 17 to April 12, 2025. In addition, NETA strengthened solidarity among NCI members through a convoy around the Puri – Kembangan area in West Jakarta.
PT NETA Auto Indonesia invited 50 customers, members of the NETA Community Indonesia, to attend this Customer Gathering event, aimed at strengthening the bond between NETA and its customers, providing detailed information about the NETA Siap Lebaran program, sharing tips and tricks for preparing for the holiday season, and gathering direct feedback from the NETA Community Indonesia regarding preparations for the upcoming Lebaran holidays and long weekends. “On this occasion, we invite all members of the NETA Community Indonesia to attend the Customer Gathering event, Journey of Blessing - Iftar with NETA Community, as a form of preparation before traveling for the Lebaran holiday, with a Free General Check-Up in the NETA Siap Lebaran program. Additionally, we aim to build closer relationships with our community members through this Iftar event at the NETA Puri dealership,” said Raditio Hutomo, After Sales Director of PT NETA Auto Indonesia.
One of the NETA Community members who attended the event shared his impression, “I’m very happy that NETA Auto Indonesia is organizing a Customer Gathering event like this because our vehicle received a free general check-up before the Lebaran holiday,” said Hendra, a member of the NETA Community Indonesia.
The Customer Gathering event with NETA Community Indonesia received a warm and positive response from its members. “We’re very happy to be part of this Customer Gathering event during Ramadan, especially since we received special merchandise after the General Check-Up at the NETA dealership, as well as the chance to break fast together,” said Abduh, another NETA Community Indonesia member.
This Customer Gathering during Ramadan represents NETA's commitment to embrace and maintain good relations with its loyal customers. “Through this Customer Gathering, we hope that our communication with NETA customers will continue to improve, and that the NETA Siap Lebaran program, which includes not only the Free General Check-Up but also 24-Hour Call Centre & Roadside Assistance (for battery jumper, flat tire support, towing), will become more easily accessible for our loyal customers,” concluded Raditio.
