NETA Delivers a Smart Driving Experience through NETA Auto Apps

Jakarta, October 02’nd 2024 - Following the official announcement of NETA X as its latest lineup featuring a premium Medium SUV with a stylish design and intelligent technology, PT NETA Auto Indonesia also introduced the NETA Auto Apps as an innovation to enhance the driving experience and explore various features of NETA electric vehicles. NETA Auto Apps is a connected car service technology that allows customers to stay connected and have full control directly from their smartphones.
"NETA Auto Apps is an innovative mobile application designed to seamlessly connect you with your NETA vehicle, offering advanced vehicle control, information tracking, and a personalized experience. It is hoped that with the presence of NETA Auto Apps, it can provide a more futuristic driving experience, while also representing NETA X as a fun mobility companion in line with the tagline Xperience Tech with EV," said Peter Zhang - Managing Director of NETA Auto Indonesia.
A number of features, services, and the latest developments are packaged in one NETA Auto Apps application, so that all customers can stay up-to-date with news and information updates regarding NETA product lines in Indonesia. One of them is an information service that makes it easy for NETA electric vehicle owners to find the nearest dealer or public electric vehicle charging station (SPKLU) locations.
Even more interesting, because NETA Auto Apps also provides a test drive booking feature for various NETA electric cars such as NETA V-II and NETA X, as well as several channels for online customer support or hotline, including direct user feedback through the system. All these conveniences can be enjoyed directly by all NETA customers by downloading the application on the App Store or Google Play Store.
NETA also tries to bring smartphone functions to a higher level through NETA Auto Apps. Specifically for NETA X customers, they can control their electric SUVs remotely with just a tap of their finger on a connected smartphone. This application also supports the safety and comfort of NETA X customers. Because through NETA Auto Apps customers can get access to various advanced features in the vehicle control module, such as Remote Vehicle Start, Remote Door Lock/Unlock, Tailgate Control, Window Control, Air Conditioning Control, to knowing the parking location of the car through Remote Vehicle Locator/Find My Car.
Through NETA Auto Apps, NETA X customers can also always ensure that their electric vehicles are always in prime condition. This application is equipped with a Vehicle Monitoring feature that displays information on the status of their electric vehicles based on data reported every 10 seconds. This includes viewing the body status, tire pressure status (TPMS) for all four wheels measured in bar units, to the status of battery energy and the remaining range. If there is an abnormality in tire pressure, it will be highlighted with a text and color warning.
