NETA Hosts Customer Gathering in Early 2025, Invites NETA Car Owners to Plant Mahogany Tree Seedlings in Sentul

Jakarta, February 8, 2025 – PT NETA Auto Indonesia once again hosted a Customer Gathering at the beginning of 2025. The event, held at Mountriv Cafe & Villa in Sentul, Bogor Regency, was a special occasion, not only serving as a meeting point for loyal NETA customers and NETA Community Indonesia (NCI) members but also as a collective effort to support environmental sustainability by planting Mahogany tree seedlings in Sentul. Additionally, NETA strengthened solidarity among NCI members with a convoy from the Cibubur Rest Area Kilometer 10A to Mountriv Cafe & Villa in Sentul.

NETA Auto Indonesia invited 50 consumers who are part of the NETA Community Indonesia to attend the Customer Gathering. The event aimed to strengthen the relationship between NETA and its customers, while also gathering direct feedback from NETA Community Indonesia. “On this occasion, we invite all members of NETA Community Indonesia to join the 2025 Customer Gathering as a token of our gratitude to our loyal customers since NETA's arrival in Indonesia. Furthermore, we also aim to build closer relationships with community members and introduce NETA X, NETA Auto App, and features like Apple Car Play,” said Raditio Hutomo, After Sales Director of PT NETA Auto Indonesia.

One of the NETA community members attending the event shared his thoughts: “I’m very happy that NETA Auto Indonesia organizes events like this, as it gives us the opportunity to directly share our opinions with NETA Auto Indonesia, and they respond to us,” said Adnan, a member of NETA Community Indonesia.

The Customer Gathering event was warmly received by its attendees. “We are very happy to attend this customer gathering again and to plant trees together with fellow NETA community members. It’s not just about gathering, but also about supporting the government’s Go Green initiative and adopting an environmentally friendly lifestyle,” said Deni, another member of NETA Community Indonesia.
