Celebrating Independence Day with NETA: Inviting Loyal Customers to Join Festive Competitions at NETA Arista Tebet Dealer


Jakarta, August 12, 2025 – In celebration of the 80th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia, PT NETA Auto Indonesia held a Customer Gathering event on Saturday, August 8, 2025, at the NETA Arista Tebet Dealer. The event invited loyal customers to join in a series of exciting competitions and became a memorable moment that not only served as a gathering with NETA’s loyal customers and members of the NETA Community Indonesia (NCI), but also strengthened the bond between customers, dealers, and PT NETA Auto Indonesia employees amidst the spirit of Independence Day.
Adding to the excitement, PT NETA Auto Indonesia through the NETA Arista Tebet Dealer, also held a ceremonial handover of one NETA V-II unit to a customer. This gesture symbolizes the company's appreciation and ongoing commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable electric vehicles to the Indonesian market, while reinforcing its readiness to serve customers directly and continuously.
The celebration featured a variety of fun activities such as a wheel-changing competition, a cracker-eating contest, and the distribution of attractive prizes. In addition to the festive atmosphere, NETA also took the opportunity to share several important updates with its customers, including the latest developments regarding the company’s ongoing organizational restructuring at the headquarters, as well as a detailed explanation of after-sales service costs for the NETA V-II after the free service period ends, after 5 years or 50,000 kilometers.
More than 50 customers from the NETA Community Indonesia (NCI) participated in the August event. The gathering aimed to strengthen the connection between NETA and its users through a series of engaging activities, including the wheel installation race on the NETA V-II and the cracker-eating contest through the sunroof of the NETA X.
Beyond entertainment, the event served as an important two-way communication platform between NETA and its customers. The company provided direct updates on its headquarters’ restructuring process, which is currently running smoothly, as well as an overview of upcoming activities planned for the coming months.
As part of its transparency and consumer education efforts, NETA also shared a detailed breakdown of after-sales service costs following the end of the complimentary maintenance period. It was conveyed that the estimated cost for servicing, including labor and spare parts between 60,000 to 100,000 kilometers would be approximately IDR 4 million, a highly competitive figure for electric vehicles in its class.
“Through the Semarak Kemerdekaan Customer Gathering with NETA Community, we aim to foster closer relationships with our loyal customers. In addition to fun competitions, we shared a meal and opened a discussion session to listen and connect directly with the community at NETA Arista Tebet,” said Muhamad Irvan Mustafa, Head of Marketing at PT NETA Auto Indonesia.
One of the NCI members in attendance shared his experience:
“The event was truly fun! I’m very happy because from morning until noon we were welcomed with such a large and well-prepared event. The cracker-eating contest was lively, and the prizes were great,” said Alessandro, a NETA V-II user and NCI member.
The event received warm and positive responses from the community.
“Today’s event was festive and lively. All NETA Community Indonesia (NCI) members really felt a sense of togetherness through the competitions, and it allowed everyone—from the fathers to the mothers—to express their enthusiasm in celebrating Indonesia’s Independence Day at NETA Arista Tebet,” said Anthony, Secretary General of NCI.

“I’m very happy because today’s Semarak Kemerdekaan event proves that NETA is still present and committed to Indonesia. This strengthens consumer confidence that NETA continues to support and grow with its community in the country,” said Melvin, an NCI member.
This August’s Customer Gathering is a clear manifestation of NETA’s ongoing commitment to embrace and maintain strong relationships with its loyal customers.
