
Customer Education Day - Mastering ADAS

PT NETA Auto Indonesia recently held a memorable event, the Customer Education Day, on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at the NETA Arista Tebet dealer in South Jakarta. The event gathered 30 members of the NETA Community Indonesia in a warm and friendly atmosphere. It aimed to educate customers about the advanced features of NETA's electric vehicles, specifically the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) Level 2, which includes technologies like Lane Keeping Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Automatic Emergency Braking. This initiative also provided an opportunity for customers to interact with NETA representatives and share experiences, with the presence of Raditio Hutomo, After Sales Director, and other After Sales managers.
The ADAS Level 2 features in NETA’s electric cars, including the NETA V-II and NETA X, enhance driving safety and comfort. These cars are equipped with a range of technologies such as Blind Spot Detection, Traffic Jam Assist, and Intelligent Cruise Assist, offering a revolutionary driving experience. NETA emphasizes the importance of educating customers to fully understand these features and maximize their benefits. The event allowed NETA to build trust and loyalty by providing valuable insights and creating an opportunity for customers to relax and interact with the brand.
