Customer Gathering - Halal Bihalal April NETA Auto Indonesia 2025

PT NETA Auto Indonesia recently held its first-ever Customer Gathering and Halal Bihalal event at NETA Bekasi, attended by 50 members of the NETA Community Indonesia. The event aimed to strengthen relationships between NETA, loyal customers, dealers, and employees, while also providing education through practical Tips & Tricks on electric vehicle usage—such as how to operate a fire extinguisher (APAR), use a tire repair kit, and handle issues during charging at public EV charging stations (SPKLU). In addition to introducing the NETA Trade-In Deals program, the gathering served as a platform for experience sharing and collecting direct feedback on after-sales services. Through a shared lunch and open discussion, NETA hopes to maintain strong communication with its customers and reinforce its long-term commitment in the Indonesian market.
