NETA Siap Lebaran - Customer Gathering Break Fasting Ramadan with NETA Community Indonesia

March 22, 2025, PT NETA Auto Indonesia held its first-ever Customer Gathering titled Journey of Blessing – Iftar with NETA Community during the holy month of Ramadan. Held at the NETA Puri Dealer, the event brought together loyal customers, members of NETA Community Indonesia (NCI), dealer representatives, and NETA employees for a moment of togetherness through a shared iftar (breaking of fast) and a convoy around the Puri–Kembangan area in West Jakarta. Additionally, NETA offered a free General Check-Up as part of the NETA Siap Lebaran program, running from March 17 to April 12, 2025, to ensure customers' vehicles are ready for their Lebaran trips.

The event was attended by about 50 NCI members, who also received more information about services like travel tips, 24-hour Call Centre & Roadside Assistance, as well as additional support services such as battery jumpers, flat tire assistance, and towing. The participants warmly welcomed the event, especially because they could enjoy the free check-up service and receive exclusive merchandise. This Customer Gathering was a clear demonstration of NETA's commitment to strengthening its relationship with customers while providing excellent after-sales services during key moments like Ramadan and Lebaran.
