NETA ready for Lebaran : ensuring homecoming trips with NETA V are safer and more comfortable
Jakarta, March 14, 2024-entering the holy month of Ramadan, the homecoming trip is a highly anticipated moment for many people. In addition, NETA also provides 24-hour Hotline Services at 0800-1-565656 (toll free) that can be contacted anytime and anywhere, as well as 24-hour Roadside Assistance that is ready to provide assistance during emergency conditions by coming to the location directly. The services include a 12v Battery Jumper that will help when experiencing battery problems while on the go, Flat Tire Support for flat tire repair at the consumer's location, to towing assistance, which will help pull the car to the NETA official network or to the nearest SPKLU, so that consumers still feel safe and comfortable on the go.
Not only after-sales service that will accompany the journey of NETA V consumers, NETA Indonesia also held interesting activities such as Photo Competition and Free Merchandise.
