NETA Hosts Customer Gathering with Mini Soccer Event

Jakarta, October 17, 2025 – PT NETA Auto Indonesia once again hosted a Customer Gathering as a token of appreciation for its loyal customers. Unlike previous events, this gathering was held in a more relaxed and enjoyable setting—through a Mini Soccer activity on Thursday, October 16, 2025. This special occasion not only strengthened the bond between NETA and its loyal customers, including members of the NETA Community Indonesia (NCI), but also promoted a healthy and active lifestyle among participants. Held at D37 Mini Soccer, Mampang, South Jakarta, the event was attended by partner dealers, PT NETA Auto Indonesia employees, and enthusiastic members of the NCI.

For this Customer Gathering, NETA Auto Indonesia specially invited 25 customers who are part of the NETA Community Indonesia (NCI). The event was designed as a platform to foster closer relationships between the company and its loyal customers, while also encouraging open and warm dialogue. Through this gathering, NETA aimed to directly listen to feedback, experiences, and suggestions from the community members to further enhance customer service and satisfaction.

“On this occasion, we invited all members of NETA Community Indonesia to take part in this Customer Gathering by enjoying a fun sports activity together. This is our way of showing appreciation and gratitude to our loyal customers who have supported us since NETA's presence in Indonesia. We also hope to strengthen our relationship with the community, engage in open discussions, and provide updates regarding NETA’s after-sales services in Indonesia,” said Muhamad Irvan Mustafa, Head of Marketing at PT NETA Auto Indonesia.

One of the NCI members who attended the event shared their positive impression of the gathering. “I’m really happy to be part of this Customer Gathering. The event initiated by NETA Auto Indonesia is truly different from usual. Normally we gather at a dealership or restaurant, but this time the concept is more active and fun since it includes playing sports together,” said Hannas, a member of NETA Community Indonesia.

The Customer Gathering received an enthusiastic response from the community. “We’re very excited to take part in this event again. It feels more meaningful because not only do we get to meet and connect with others, but we also get to exercise and stay healthy,” said Aditx, another NCI member.

Through this Customer Gathering, NETA reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining close and harmonious relationships with its valued customers. “We hope that through this event, communication and engagement between NETA and our users will continue to grow stronger. We truly appreciate the tremendous support from NETA Community Indonesia, who have been with us from the very beginning.
