Semarang, 11 December 2023 – The leading electric car distributor company in Indonesia, PT Neta Auto Indonesia (NETA), today (11/12) invited several selected Media colleagues to try out NETA V directly, a 100% electric car assembled under the auspices of Hozon Auto Manufacturing by embedding innovative modern technology. Continuing the success of its launch at GIIAS 2023, this time 7 NETA V units proved their toughness through a test trip from Jakarta to Semarang, Central Java, and demonstrated NETA V's commitment to providing a premium driving experience that creates a leading modern lifestyle.

"The implementation of the Media Test Drive activity with 44 Media this time is a historic moment for NETA Indonesia as a proving ground for the first time driving on domestic terrain using the NETA V, which is an electric car that comes with a trendy exterior design, equipped with an interior design with a minimalist concept but "high technology, as well as various embedded features to support the comfort and safety of driving using electric vehicles," explained Jason Ding, Managing Director of NETA Auto Indonesia.

The travel route from Jakarta to Semarang is not just a long journey across the toll road. Together with 23 other people, testing the NETA V directly also provided a city driving experience that allowed passengers to experience the interior luxury and comfort supporting features of electric cars from NETA throughout the trip. Apart from the fact that the domestic toll infrastructure is now quite adequate, driving comfort is also supported by the fast charging feature which is the main attraction of the NETA V, allowing the battery to be charged from 30% to 80% in a short time, namely only 30 minutes. This innovation not only increases travel efficiency, but also makes it easier for car owners to lead a dynamic lifestyle.

Apart from fast battery charging, NETA V is also equipped with a One Pedal system which is another proof of NETA V's commitment to energy efficiency. One Pedal is designed to support the regenerative braking system, every use of the brake pedal will result in battery charging, increasing the car's durability and making a positive contribution to environmental sustainability.
