The “NETA Siap Lebaran” program includes complimentary general check-ups for all NETA customers from March 17 to April 12, 2025. Additionally, NETA offers a 24-hour hotline service at 0800-1-565656 (toll-free) that customers can contact anytime and anywhere, as well as Roadside Assistance to provide emergency support with on-site assistance. Services include Battery Jumper 12V for battery-related issues during the journey, Flat Tire Support for tire repairs, and towing assistance to transport the vehicle to the nearest NETA service center or SPKLU, ensuring that customers feel safe and comfortable during their travels.
In addition to the after-sales services, NETA is also offering free merchandise for every customer who participates in the Free General Check at any NETA dealer. During the program period, customers who undergo scheduled maintenance or make a purchase at an official NETA dealer can receive merchandise by sharing their activities at the dealer on Instagram, tagging the official @NETAindonesia account, and using the hashtag #NETASiapLebaran.
