Jakarta, November 15'th 2024 – NETA Auto Indonesia dedicated to fostering stronger connections with its customers, recently hosted a memorable Customer Education Day on Saturday, November 9'th 2024 at NETA Arista Tebet dealership in South Jakarta. Thirty members of the NETA Community Indonesia gathered in a warm and friendly atmosphere to participate in this insightful event.

The Customer Education Day was meticulously designed to provide in-depth knowledge about the Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features integrated into NETA electric vehicles. Attendees gained a comprehensive understanding of advanced features such as Lane Keeping Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Automatic Emergency Braking, which significantly enhance driving safety and convenience.

Beyond knowledge sharing, the event served as a platform for building stronger relationships between NETA and its customers. Representatives from NETA Auto Indonesia, including After Sales Director Raditio Hutomo, After Sales Senior Manager Januar Eka Sapta, and After Sales Operation Manager Eldi Chandra, were present to interact directly with customers and provide updates on NETA's continuously improving after-sales services.
