Tangerang, November 22, 2024-NETA Auto Indonesia became one of the leading exhibitors at the Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) 2024 event, which took place at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD. On this first day, Neta booth received a special visit from the Minister of Industry, Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, and Deputy Minister of Industry, Faisol Riza, who attended at different times. Chairman of Gaikindo, Yohannes Nangoi, and Chairman I Gaikindo, Jongkie Sugiarto, also accompanied the visit of Minister Agus Gumiwang.

During his visit, Agus Gumiwang expressed his appreciation for NETA's concrete steps in supporting the development of the electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia, especially through superior products such as NETA V-II and NETA X. Both products are assembled Completely Knocked Down (CKD) domestically with 44% local components, an achievement that demonstrates NETA's commitment to local industrialization. 

On another occasion on the same day, Deputy Minister of Industry, Faisol Riza, also took the time to visit the NETA booth. His presence highlighted the importance of the automotive industry's role in accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles as part of the government's energy transition agenda. 

Fajrul Ilhami, Government Relations Director of NETA Auto Indonesia, said, "NETA is always committed to supporting the government in realizing environmentally friendly mobility in Indonesia. Through our vision, ‘Tech for All,’ NETA is determined to bring smart electric vehicles that are not only innovative but also affordable to the wider community." 

As one of the new players in the electric vehicle industry in Indonesia, NETA has shown real commitment since entering the Indonesian market in June 2023. Through its range of products such as NETA V, NETA V-II, and NETA X, NETA is optimistic that it can be part of sustainable mobility solutions that meet the needs of the Indonesian people. 

NETA invites the public to visit its booth in Hall 7, Booth 7E, ICE BSD, during GJAW 2024 (November 22-December 1, 2024). Visitors can see first-hand the latest innovations and try out the NETA electric vehicle through a test drive session available in the exhibition area.
