Overall, the total cost of ownership for the NETA V to reach 100,000 km is only Rp 3,387,030. During the consumer's journey from 0 km to reach the initial 50,000 km, NETA will provide free periodic maintenance, including service services and the provision of spare parts. After passing a distance of 60,000 km, NETA V consumers will be charged a maintenance fee of Rp 611,000, at 70,000 km of Rp 442,515, at 80,000 km of Rp 1,280,000, at 90,000 km of Rp 442,515, and when reaching 100,000 km, will be charged Rp 611,000. This fee includes service and spare parts, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
